How do we protect your information?

All supplied sensitive/credit information, if applies, is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and NOT stored in our Database, but securely into the Database of the Credit Card processor we use, to be only accessed by those authorized with special access rights to our systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your Credit Card information will NOT be kept on our servers at all (WE DO NOT STORE CREDIT CARD INFO), the only information being stored is the signup account details and company / personal details of the buyer. When adding or saving a Payment Method on our website, your credit Card or PayPal details will be sent directly to the Credit Card processor for secure safe keeping.

We use cookies.   • ManageWP.com – this website receives your first name, last name, email address, phone number (we do not usually fill this in), company name, websites you own and we work on, a relevant image (your logo – we have noticed it pulls in your Gravatar.com image; that is not provided by us) for the purpuse of sending you website maintenance reports.
  • HotJar.com – we use Hotjar in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize this service and experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback.
